Project Controls Manager
|
Responsible for Management and direction of schedules, financial
budgeting, cost monitoring, and document control activities for a group of
projects in order to ensure that the projects under his responsibility are
timely completed and within the estimated budget.
Site QC Manager
To plan, lead, organize and oversee all quality
related issues in the project and to implement the Project Quality Plan. To
Manage overall testing and inspection activities in coordination with the
construction, also monitor and analyze the results of tests and measurements,
maintain critical records and documents related to quality assurance. Ensure
the project result meet client’s and Project Contractual requirements regarding
the Quality Standards.

a well established local Contractor based in Trinidad, are looking for an
experienced and hands on Operations Manager to oversee all current projects,
future projects and HSE issues for the company as well as demonstrate the
leadership skills required when dealing with both back office and on site
projects.
This is a senior management appointment and requires an applicant with a
solid, structured and relevant work history within the construction industry.
The applicant must have previously managed multi-project operations with
values in excess of GBP £10 million.
Practical construction knowledge and experience are essential, as is
good people management and leadership skill, which will be required to guide
and support the various project teams within the Company.
A thorough working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and current OSHA
regulations would be a distinct advantage.
Formal qualifications would be an advantage; however the experience base
of the applicant is of major significance and this appointment will only suit a
candidate with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar senior management
capacity.

looking for staff for two projects, namely:
- USD
500m D&C elevated highway project in Malaysia. The length of the
Expressway is approximately 9km, the vast majority of it being elevated
(segmental, beam and slab, special structures, etc). There are major
interchanges and significant interface issues as the project is in a busy
urban area.
- USD
250m D&C hydro scheme in Malaysia. There is significant flood
mitigation works, riverworks, tunnels and a concrete face rockfill dam.
M&E plant will be supplied by European JV partner.
We need a
Project Director and an Engineering Manager for each project . All are
immediate starts, based in KL initially, can be married or (preferably) single
status.
